Giovani Vaccarini Architetti
ARCHITETTURE ADRIATICHE

Architectures arise from ideas, not from images.
Images are the result of staging those ideas.
It is a rigorous yet intimate, inexpressible process, in which all the elements of the project connect to one another, giving life to the body of architecture.
The synapses that hold all these elements together are multiple connections: cultural, technical, formal, typological, environmental.
GVA conceives the project as a kind of complex molecule born from this process.
This book gathers some isotopes of the work of Giovanni Vaccarini Architetti, with the aim of bringing to light often-submerged thought trajectories. These are imperfect isotopes, just as the Adriatic city is imperfect: an imperfection that, far from being a limitation, reveals a unique creative energy that Giovanni Vaccarini Architetti is able to recognize and enhance.
