Living is the first action to inhabit a territory. Interior and exterior interact in a set of visual, material and spatial connections.
It’s an approach whose fundamental steps are:
A strong relationship with the city and the landscape. The reasons for the urban layout are all linked to the context, its geometries and the landscape characteristics of the site.
The relationship with water and the definition of the best views are guiding elements of the architectural project.
“Artisan” ability to solve construction details and use of materials. The materials and design solutions are all contemporary, reinterpreting the historical tradition of the use of matter.
A strong bond with light and life in the open air. The study of light and the orientation of the apartments and the individual rooms inside them informed all types of housing; the main rooms have direct views and external terraces. Terraces conceived as real open-air rooms, an integral part of domestic life.
Flexibility of the individual housing modules. The housing modules of the main types requested have been studied on the basis of a module that defines all the internal spaces and guarantees maximum interchangeability of the various components.
Environmental sustainability. The design solutions are designed in a circular view of the economy for our present and for the future we provide. Durability and maintainability of materials. The finishing materials have been carefully studied to avoid degradation or require periodic maintenance.
